Campaign Statement
We all have the right to feel safe and to have a bright future. I love living in Centralia with wonderful neighbors all around. My goal is to improve safety, build community, and increase prosperity for all of us. This opportunity to serve is one way to give back to neighbors and local businesses that make Centralia enjoyable.
These are some of the views my neighbors and I share: We need more access to childcare for working families. All people deserve the right to make their own healthcare decisions. We need creative solutions to add more affordable housing. Preventing pollution is good for the environment. A living wage increases community prosperity. Medicare should be available to all of us. There should be no corporate funding of public elections; no one should be able to “buy” a politician.
With support from neighbors, I campaigned to make Washington State Child Protection Bill SB5375 into law. There are more ways we can work together to make things better. As a Council Member, I will listen to what the community wants and do my work with those goals in mind.
Do you share these values? If so, I humbly ask for your vote.
